Dr. Kieth Manning

Prosthodontist in Edmonton, Alberta

Dr. Kieth Manning received his D.D.S. from the University of Alberta in 1973 and practiced general dentistry for 12 years.

In 1996-97 Dr. Manning returned to a full-time private practice in Prosthodontics and has maintained this practice to present.

In 1987, Dr. Manning returned to a graduate program combining fixed, removable, and maxillofacial prosthetics, at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

He was awarded a masters degree in Restorative and Prosthetic Dentistry in 1989. 

Dr Manning is a member of The Alberta Dental Association & College and The Canadian Dental Association.

He is currently a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and has held the following positions:

  • Associate Professor in Fixed Prosthodontics, University of Alberta 1989-1997
  • Chief Examiner in Prosthetic Dentistry for the Royal College of Dentist of Canada 2008-2014
  • Current Secretary-Treasurer of the Association of Prosthodontists of Canada (APC)
  • President of the Alberta Dental Association & College for the term July 2010 through to 2011.
  • various executive positions in these associations including the position of President of the Alberta Prosthodontists Society and President of the Alberta Society of Dental Specialists.
